Terms and conditions

 By allowing Well Lived LLC ("Well Lived Travel") to book travel on your behalf, you are affirmatively representing that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and anyone in your traveling party. Our Services as defined herein are limited to, and provided under, the terms stated herein. Terms contained in any other document, correspondence, or other forms that are additional to, or inconsistent with, the provisions in these Terms and Conditions are rejected. No such changes or deviations will be effective unless they are explicitly accepted in writing by an authorized agent of Well Lived Travel. 

 We act as a travel advisor only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport service, including, but not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators and hotels (the “travel service providers”) (collectively the “Services”). Well Lived Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Well Lived Travel’s obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding any travel service provider’s standards, performance, or capabilities. A request cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. You understand that you have no legal recourse against Well Lived Travel for the conduct of any travel service provider and your legal recourse, if any, is against the specific provider not Well Lived Travel.

Well Lived Travel may charge a planning fee for its services, which will be mutually agreed in writing. Any planning fees charged are 100% non-refundable and due before work begins on an itinerary.

 You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. You understand that Travel Advisor is not responsible for the denied entry into any country for any guest and that all guests are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on the guest’s photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. You understand that minors unaccompanied by birth parents will need a permission letter for travel outside the U.S. and any travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry to certain countries, including Canada. Each guest is responsible for determining if issues are present with the immigration/customs process into a foreign country. BEING DENIED ENTRY FOR ANY REASON MAY RESULT IN A COMPLETE FINANCIAL LOSS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR TRIP AND DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY REFUND. 

 Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees. Well Lived Travel is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes/fees, or supplier-imposed increases.  

 You may choose to keep a credit card on file with Well Lived Travel which we may charge for any travel services and associated amounts that are expressly authorized by you. You further certify that you are an authorized user of any credit card provided to Well Lived Travel. YOU AGREE NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL ADVISOR OR OUR TRAVEL SUPPLIERS OR PARTNERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, UNLESS THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES PURCHASED WERE NEVER PROVIDED OR GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED. You agree to notify Well Lived Travel immediately if any products or services purchased are not as expected and to give us a reasonable opportunity to assist in finding an acceptable resolution with the supplier responsible for providing the product or services. 

 Cancellation policies and refund eligibility vary depending on the service provider, travel package, and specific terms of your booking. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the cancellation and refund policies associated with your booking. Well Lived Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist you with cancellations or changes, but we do not guarantee the availability of refunds or changes, which are subject to the policies of the respective service providers. Well Lived Travel’s service fee is non-refundable.  

 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Well Lived Travel will provide you with a quote for travel insurance within a reasonable time frame after deposit based on trip cost and components. However, you are solely responsible for obtaining any travel protection and insurance you wish to purchase to protect the cost of your trip. You agree to hold Well Lived Travel harmless for your election not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim by a travel insurer.  

 Well Lived Travel acts solely as an authorized seller for disclosed travel suppliers and partners and has not control over their operations. Therefore, Well Lived Travel is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or any issues arising from these travel suppliers' and partners' services. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for acts, errors, omissions, negligence, willful misconduct, service failures, cancellations, refund policies, price changes, bankruptcy, or operational cessation. Well Lived Travel disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the goods or services provided by these suppliers, and you agree to release Well Lived Travel from any such claims. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, TRAVEL ADVISOR HAS SOLELY RECEIVED COMMISSION AND FEES FOR TRAVEL TRANSACTIONS AND CLIENT AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FROM TRAVEL ADVISOR WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF COMMISSION AND FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY TRAVEL ADVISOR.

Well Lived Travel LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. Well Lived Travel LLC may collect personal information from you during the planning and booking process, including your name, contact details, payment information, passport details, and other relevant data necessary for providing travel services. Your personal information may be shared with third-party service providers to facilitate your travel arrangements. Well Lived Travel LLC will only disclose the necessary information required to fulfill your booking.

 The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms and conditions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Dallas, Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with Well Lived Travel.
